A: The truth is that even in the European market, the products we manufacture are of medium/high quality, comparable to Brand A in the world. All the electric bicycles we produce basically comply with current EU/US standards. It varies according to the standards and regulations of the destination sales country.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM orders from customers?
A: Yes, if we can accept the minimum order quantity for OEM terms, we can manufacture bicycles according to customers'
specifications, color combinations, and even logos/designs, as well as packaging requirements. For customers identified as premium clients, we can provide them with fast service from 3D design to the final product.
Q: I want to order a sample to check the quality.
A: We welcome you to order samples to inspect our quality and actual manufacturing value. Typically, at our factory, it takes 3-4 weeks to prepare a sample bicycle after receiving your full payment. You can also obtain bicycle samples from our ready-made or future inventory in China, as well as from our EU/US warehouses. However, many of our customers start with bulk orders from us, which have proven to be very successful and save time and money.
