A: Even in Europe, our products are medium/high quality, comparable to top global brands. All our electric bicycles adhere to EU/US standards, adjusting to destination country regulations.

Q2: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?

A: Absolutely, with OEM terms and minimum orders, we craft bicycles to customer specifications, including color, logos, and packaging. For senior clients, we offer rapid service from 3D design to final product.

Q3: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?

A: We invite you to order samples to verify our quality and craftsmanship. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks post-payment to prepare sample bicycles. You can also access samples from our Chinese inventory or EU/US warehouses. Many clients start with bulk orders, finding them both cost-effective and time-saving.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: For OEM orders from our Chinese factory, the standard minimum is 1x40ft HQ containers, mixing models and colors. We generally require a minimum of 100 units per model/color. However, for stock or futures inventory in China and the EU/US, there is no minimum order.

Q5: What is the delivery time for the order?

A: OEM orders meeting minimum requirements take about 60 days, subject to order complexity and specifics. Custom developments may extend time; simpler orders or off-peak times can reduce it. Existing inventory is available immediately post-payment; future inventory aligns with our production schedule.
