Q: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?
A: Yes, with OEM minimum order quantities, we can produce bicycles per customer specs, colors, logos/designs, and packaging. Senior clients benefit from rapid service from 3D design to final product.
Q: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?
A: We invite you to order samples to verify quality and manufacturing value. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks post-payment to prepare sample bicycles in our factory. Samples can also be sourced from our China inventory or EU/US warehouses. Many clients prefer bulk orders for efficiency and cost savings.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: For OEM orders from China, we start at 1X40ft HQ containers, mixing models and colors. Typically, a minimum of 100 units per model/color is required. We offer spot and futures inventory in China and the EU/US without a minimum quantity.
Q: What is the delivery time for the order?
A: OEM orders usually take 60 days, subject to change based on order complexity and timing. Custom development may extend the timeline, while simple orders or non-peak seasons may shorten it. Inventory orders can be picked up immediately or expedited if part of our production plan.
