Q: How is the quality of your bicycle?

A: Even in the European market, our products are of medium/high quality, comparable to A-brands globally. All our electric bicycles meet current EU/US standards, varying as per destination country regulations.

Q: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?

A: Yes, meeting the minimum order quantity for OEM terms allows us to manufacture bicycles per customer specifications, including color, logo/design, and packaging. Senior clients enjoy expedited service from 3D design to final product.

Q: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?

A: We welcome sample orders to assess our quality and manufacturing value. It typically takes 3-4 weeks from full payment to sample readiness in our factory. Sample bikes are also available from our current/future inventory in China and EU/US warehouses. Many clients prefer bulk orders for their success in saving time and costs.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: For OEM orders from our Chinese factory, normal orders start from a 1X40ft HQ container, with mixed models/colors possible. The minimum order is 100 units per model/color. We also offer inventory from China and EU/US warehouses with no MOQ for stock.

Q: What is the delivery time for the order?

A: Usually, it takes about 60 days to prepare an OEM order that meets our minimum order quantity requirement. But this may require some additional or reduced time. This depends on the complexity of your actual quantity and order details. For example, if your order contains some details that need to be specifically developed for you, the delivery time may be longer; If your order is simple or avoids the peak ordering season, your delivery time may be shortened. If you order our existing inventory, you can pick it up immediately after payment; If you order our future inventory, you can pick it up faster according to our production plan.
