A: Even in the European market, our products are of medium/high quality, akin to leading global brands. All electric bicycles adhere to current EU/US standards, varying by the destination country's regulations.

Q: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?

A: Yes, we accept OEM orders with a minimum quantity. We can customize bicycles based on specifications, color schemes, logos/designs, and packaging needs. For senior clients, we offer expedited service from 3D design to final product.

Q: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?

A: We invite you to order samples to evaluate our quality and manufacturing value. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to prepare sample bicycles post full payment. Samples are also available from our inventories in China, EU, and US. Many clients start with bulk orders, proving highly successful and cost-efficient.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: For OEM orders from our Chinese factory, we start with 1X40ft HQ containers, allowing mixed models and colors. The minimum quantity per model/color is 100 units. We also offer stock and futures inventory with no minimum order requirement, available in China and EU/US warehouses.

Q: What is the delivery time for the order?

A: Usually, it takes about 60 days to prepare an OEM order that meets our minimum order quantity requirement. But this may require some additional or reduced time. This depends on the complexity of your actual quantity and order details. For example, if your order contains some details that need to be specifically developed for you, the delivery time may be longer; If your order is simple or avoids the peak ordering season, your delivery time may be shortened. If you order our existing inventory, you can pick it up immediately after payment; If you order our future inventory, you can pick it up faster according to our production plan.
