Q1: How is the quality of your bicycle?

A: Our products are of medium/high quality, even in Europe, comparable to world-leading A brands. Our electric bicycles comply with current EU/US standards, tailored to meet the regulations of each sales destination.

Q2: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?

A: Yes, we welcome OEM orders meeting our minimum quantity. We customize bicycles, including specifications, color schemes, logos/designs, and packaging. Senior clients enjoy expedited service from 3D design to final product.

Q3: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?

A: We welcome sample orders to verify our quality and craftsmanship. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to prepare sample bicycles post-payment. Samples are available from our China, EU, and US inventories. Many clients start with bulk orders, achieving success and saving time and money.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: For OEM orders from our China factory, a minimum of 1X40ft HQ container orders is required. Models and colors can be mixed, with a minimum of 100 units per model/color. We maintain stock and future inventory in China and EU/US warehouses, with no minimum order for these inventories.

Q5: What is the delivery time for the order?

A: OEM orders meeting minimum quantities take about 60 days to prepare, depending on order complexity and timing. Custom-developed details may extend delivery, while simple orders or those placed outside peak season may shorten it. Existing inventory is available immediately post-payment; future stock is prioritized per our production plan.
