A: Our products are of medium/high quality, comparable to global A brands, and comply with EU/US standards. Quality may vary depending on the destination country's standards and regulations.

Q: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?

A: Yes, we can manufacture bicycles based on customer specifications for OEM orders, provided the minimum order quantity is met. We offer rapid service from 3D design to final product for senior clients.

Q: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?

A: We invite you to order samples to assess our quality and manufacturing value. Sample preparation takes 3-4 weeks post full payment. Samples can be sourced from our inventories in China or EU/US warehouses. Many clients begin with bulk orders, proving successful and cost-effective.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: For OEM orders from our Chinese factory, a minimum of 1X40ft HQ containers is required. Models/colors can be mixed. Typically, a minimum of 100 units per model/color is needed. We maintain some stock and futures inventory available in China and EU/US warehouses, with no MOQ for these.

Q: What is the delivery time for the order?

A: Usually, it takes about 60 days to prepare an OEM order that meets our minimum order quantity requirement. But this may require some additional or reduced time. This depends on the complexity of your actual quantity and order details. For example, if your order contains some details that need to be specifically developed for you, the delivery time may be longer; If your order is simple or avoids the peak ordering season, your delivery time may be shortened. If you order our existing inventory, you can pick it up immediately after payment; If you order our future inventory, you can pick it up faster according to our production plan.
