Q: How is the quality of your bicycle?
A: The fact is that even in the European market, the products we produce are of medium/high quality, close to the A brand in the world. All the electric bicycles we manufacture are basically in accordance with current EU/US standards. It varies according to the standards and regulations of the destination sales country.
Q: Do you accept orders from OEM/ODM customers?
A: Yes, if we can accept the minimum order quantity in OEM terms, we can manufacture bicycles based on customer specifications, color combinations, logos/designs, and packaging requirements. For those identified as senior clients, we can provide them with fast service from 3D design to final product.
Q: I would like to order a sample to check the quality?
A: We welcome you to order samples to check our quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our factory, it takes 3-4 weeks to prepare the sample bicycles after receiving your full payment. You can also obtain bicycle samples from our existing or future inventory in China, as well as from our EU/US warehouses. But many of our clients started with our bulk orders, which proved to be very successful and saved time and money.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Usually, for OEM orders obtained directly from our Chinese factory, we require normal orders starting from 1X40ft HQ containers. Models and colors can be mixed in this container. Usually, we require a minimum order quantity of 100 units for each model/color. We also keep some spot and futures inventory, which can be used in warehouses in China and the EU/US. There is no minimum order quantity requirement for stock or futures inventory.
Q: What is the delivery time for the order?
A: Usually, it takes about 60 days to prepare an OEM order that meets our minimum order quantity requirement. But this may require some additional or reduced time. This depends on the complexity of your actual quantity and order details. For example, if your order contains some details that need to be specifically developed for you, the delivery time may be longer; If your order is simple or avoids the peak ordering season, your delivery time may be shortened. If you order our existing inventory, you can pick it up immediately after payment; If you order our future inventory, you can pick it up faster according to our production plan.
