1. Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we are willing to offer trial sample order for you to make the quality test. Mixed samples are available.
2. How long is the lead time?
Sample usual take about 1-3 business days, mass production time will take about 10-15 business days for the orders less than 5000pcs.
3. Do you have any MOQ limited?
Some of Inventory items MOQ is 1PC , and the EXW MOQ is 100pcs under blank box.
4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it delivery?
The sample will be sent to customers by optional shipping service (couriers, air, and sea). The delivery time is depended on the your choice of shipping method.
5. How to proceed the order with logo printed service?
Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation. If the color and position are right, we would
make sampling firstly from silk print factory and take picture for your second confirmation before
mass production.
